MIXING AND HEATING TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS

Our heating and mixing tanks are provided with heating at low (40°C – 90°C) or medium (40°C –185°C) temperatures. The tanks are equipped with an mixer/agitator which keeps the liquid in constant movement, with variable or fixed speeds to suit your requirements.

Operating temperatures to suit, with various ranges upto 185ºC
Mixers available in fixed or variable speed, speeds to suit your requirements.
Mixers available in variosu designs and materials, such as; stainless steel, bronze, brass or plastic (PTFE).
Heating and agitation may be operated separately and the working time is programmable daily or weekly.
Optional touch screen
Optional ATEX Certified units for flammable zones/liquids
60-5,000 litre capacities available.

Optional Touchscreen Control

The optional touchscreen allows you set parameters quickly and easily and remember a number of differently programmed “recipes”. See data and error logs as well as connecting to our factory technicians for technical support.

ATEX Certified Equipment Available

Thanks to our work with our parent company Solutex we are familiar with working with flammable liquids in ATEX zones and can make fully certifed heating and mixing tanks for Atex II 2G standards for zone 1.
